Disclosure Statement

Red Carpet Disposal & Services Inc operates heavy equipment and is not responsible for damage done to driveways, lawns, septic tanks, and utility wires. It is the customer's responsibility to provide direction for container placement.

The containers are not watertight. Liquids that leak on the customer's land and during transit to the disposal facility will be (or are) the customer's responsibility. If a container needs to be moved to a new spot, we will charge a placement fee, starting at $60. The customer (land owner) owns all waste until it has been accepted at a transfer disposal facility.

The customer is responsible for all weight in the container including snow, ice, and water. Customers should consider covering the container in inclement weather in order to avoid additional weight.

Containers need to be level loaded with the top of the Container. Containers with items loaded above the top of the container cannot be safely transported and are a hazard to other people on the road and the driver.

Red Carpet Disposal & Services Inc charges a fee for any dumpster that needs to be leveled. If the container is overloaded beyond the max loading level, we are not responsible for any contents left behind. If a return visit is required, the customer will be financially responsible.
